Product / Route and Resell · Module 2

Someone steps forward to sell it.

Routing alone is a feature your WMS already has. Route and Resell is different. Your rules decide where each item goes, and Upstream sells it, on your marketplace store or through a resale hub, at the highest value the market will pay.

Route and Resell covers the middle two stops. Identify feeds it. Your WMS or Fulfill ships.

01 · Disposition by rule

Your rules, per client, per brand.

01

Restock, return to vendor, resale, wholesale, donate, dispose

Each client or brand gets its own rules. Upstream applies them automatically and records the outcome against the item.

02

Channel restrictions honored

Keep off the primary channel. Stay off a given marketplace. Hold a floor price. Sell only in certain geographies. The rules travel with the item.

03

Full price untouched

Off price recovery that never touches the brand's full price channel.

02 · Resell

Listed from the photographs. Priced by the market.

01

The listing writes itself

Title, description, condition and photographs come from the record. No listing team required.

02

Where it sells

eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, your own store, and wholesale buyers. The data chooses the channel for each item.

03

Pricing that moves

Each item is priced to sell inside a window. If the market does not respond, the price moves until it does, with shipping built in.

04

Seller of record, your choice

Sell from your own marketplace store and keep the shipping responsibility, or let Upstream act as seller of record and ship from a resale hub.

03 · What will not sell alone

Nothing sits.

01

Manifested wholesale pallets

Items that do not justify a single shipment are manifested into pallets a wholesale buyer can trust, with photographs and values line by line.

02

Dynamic bundling

Items that are not valueless, just not worth shipping one at a time, are grouped so a bundle behaves like one sellable unit.

03

The store, when that is the right answer

For retail networks, the record can send an item back to a store instead of a channel, by rule.

04 · Money and reporting

Proceeds back, with the report your clients need.

When Upstream is seller of record it collects on every sale and returns proceeds on a regular schedule with a per client attribution report. A 3PL credits each customer from that report and bills the work. A retailer sees recovery per unit against the record.
