Solutions / Liquidators and wholesale

Pull the items worth selling on their own out of the wholesale flow.

You already buy low and sell high, with real wholesale relationships. What you lack is a fast way to find the units in a pallet or a bag that would sell for more one at a time. Upstream identifies and values at intake, sells the single units, and manifests the rest.

Picked and shipped from your system or ours

For a liquidator, the first four stops. Your wholesale channels do the shipping.

01 · What arrives

What lands on the floor.

01

Pallets and bags with no manifest

Truckloads arrive unmanifested, or with a manifest nobody trusts. Value is decided by whoever opens the box.

02

Single units sold at wholesale

The items that would sell for more one at a time go out in the lot with everything else.

03

Hourly labor making the call

Cherry picking by eye, with the valuable ones missed and the rest touched too much.

02 · What Upstream does here

Where it applies.

Identify

Identify and value at intake

Photograph by the pallet or the bag. Every item identified and valued against sold comps in seconds.

Resell

Single unit resale for what qualifies

Items with enough value are listed and sold on their own, at the highest value the market pays.

Route

Manifested pallets for the rest

Everything else goes out as a manifested lot with photographs and values line by line, which wholesale buyers pay more for.

Receive

Product flow, on consignment

Sites upstream of you that process returns need somewhere for sellable units to go. A resale hub receives that flow.

03 · What you get back

With the money and the record.

01

More margin on what you already do

The same pallets, with the single units pulled out before the lot sells.

02

Buyers that trust the manifest

Line by line photographs and values, instead of a list nobody believes.

03

Inbound product

Consignment flow from processing sites, without buying it.

04 · With your systems

Alongside, not instead.

Your store

Your marketplace store

Route single units into the store you already run and keep shipping in house.

Wholesale

Your wholesale channels

Upstream manifests. You sell wholesale the way you always have.

Fulfill

Put away and picking, if you need it

Fulfill for the day the D2C store outgrows the spreadsheet.

05 · Questions

The ones that come up first.

All ten answers →

Do we have to change how we sell wholesale?

No. Upstream pulls the single units out and manifests what is left. Your wholesale relationships stay yours.

How does consignment work?

Sellable units from processing sites are sent to a resale hub. The hub sells and ships. Proceeds are split by agreement.

Can we start with one truckload?

Yes. A Quick Start on one load shows the single unit rate and the manifest side by side.

Start with one truckload.

The walkthrough ends with a Quick Start on a load you have on the floor.
