Do we have to integrate our WMS?
No. Quick Start works with 3 photographs and your own serials. One export of your WMS lets Upstream attribute items to clients. An API integration only matters when you want Upstream to write back or when Fulfill runs on your floor.
What do we need on the floor?
A phone, or the scanners and label printers already on the station. Nothing to buy.
Who sells the item?
You, from your own marketplace store, keeping shipping in house. Or Upstream as seller of record from a resale hub. Proceeds and a per client report come back either way.
What happens to items that will not sell on their own?
They are manifested into wholesale pallets with photographs and values line by line, or bundled so a group behaves like one sellable unit. Nothing sits.
How do we bill our clients?
Upstream returns proceeds on a regular schedule with an attribution report per client. Most 3PLs charge for returns handling for the first time.
Do you handle overstock, or only returns?
Both, and blind receipts, aged inventory and liquidation loads. Anything that comes back, sits too long or arrives without a record.
Can we keep items off certain channels?
Yes. Channel, price floor and geography rules per client or brand, applied automatically.
How fast is it?
Quick Start is processing the day after the walkthrough. Route and Resell installs in weeks. Fulfill is scoped.
What does it cost?
Pricing follows the module and the volume, and it is aligned to recovery. We make money when you do. Ask in the walkthrough.
We are a small operation. Is Upstream for us?
Upstream is built for operations with real volume and a floor to run it on. If you are a smaller warehouse, a marketplace seller or a resale shop, GlobalSKU is the same identification engine, self serve, from your phone.
